By constantly feeding ur subconscious mind through positive self talk, through gratitude ; by writing everyday positive things; our subconscious mind can do miracles.
we all have a baseline of happiness. Those who win a billion dollars 💵 lottery; there happiness level comes down to baseline level within 15 days or a little more time. Why ?
It’s not possible to be positive without having a clean 🧼 drinking water 🚰 or food 🥘.
